Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Purchases made at Woven History & Silk Road LLC or on wovenhistory.com are eligible for a full refund back to the original form of payment within 7 days of receiving the item. Items are eligible for a store credit refund within 30 days of receiving the item. Items must be unused and undamaged to receive a refund.

Any items marked final sale, including pillow stuffing and rug pads, are not eligible for
returns. You may be instructed to submit a photo of the item as part of your request for
a return. 

We accept exchanges for items of equal value. Customers are responsible for paying the difference if the item they choose to exchange their item for costs more than the original item. 

We charge a $30 restocking fee for all returned rugs and furniture items.

Return options: 

If you live locally, you may return your items in person during our hours: Wednesday to Sunday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. 

If you live out of the area, customers are responsible for shipping cots for all returned items.
